Sales Capability Manager - GLCC

Position can be located out of any of our Michigan locations

Position Summary:
The Sales Capability Manager builds Sales Capability throughout their assigned Market Unit(s), supports company-wide initiatives and provides capability-building solutions for all sales positions within their Market Unit(s).

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Deliver capability building solutions and programs for all sales functions including associate on-boarding and development.
  • Execute a consistent and timely communication plan for capability programs to ensure successful solution and program embedment down to the front line sales organization.
  • Provide sales operations expertise and resources on key sales tools and program launches.
  • Evaluate the impact of capability training programs on both the employees and the business using effective training measurement tools and making recommendations to leadership to maximize success.
  • Conduct capability assessments in the field.
  • Assist and improve process to drive business results through Salesforce business platform application.
  • Development and implementation of frontline capability training.
  • Deliver execution information from one common platform to the frontline sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and commercial marketing team to align on, develop and deliver sales capabilities solutions.
  • Oversees development and timely delivery of Train-the-Trainer programs
  • Other project or duties as assigned.

High School diploma or GED
Three plus years of Sales experience
Proficient on Salesforce business platform application, Microsoft Office applications, IPad and Survey platforms
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills within all levels of the organization
Proven project management and leadership skills
Solid written and verbal communication abilities
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with large groups within all levels of the organization.
Travel up to 30%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
