Role Summary: Overall program management support for the separation management office focusing on the planned and unplanned divestitures and M&A transactions. Leverages deep operations and program management domain expertise to drive execution across the IT separation management office; ensures outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Essential Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Manage overall project plan for DT and functional separation, ensure completion of all tasks. Track and ensure closure of any Wolf AID (Action, Issue, Decision) items. TSA management for asset sale deals. Support the SMO lifecycle for the deal(s): Standard TSAs and costing methodology, standard separation projects and work plans, wind down change control & estimating process, data room DT packages, risk tracking, and functional separation activities Secondary escalation point for deal on RemainCo related risks; DT related TSA (partnering with TSA CoE for functional TSA items) and deal related items Support the identification, mitigation, and escalation of any deal or RemainCo related risks for specific deals, including overlapping and conflicting requirements related to other deals Support any general separation activities for specific deals Leverage deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution Collaborate functional owners(s), project technical team(s), project managers within program and interdependencies teams. Extensive engagement with Global Ops TSA team to ensure compliance with DT standards. Ensure no stranded costs to RemainCo through TSA and Separation cost management. Implement program governance and oversight for the deal. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 4 years of IT technical experience Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience Minimum 5years of professionalexperience in Software DevelopmentProject Management including project andfinancialmanagement leading cross functional initiatives and/or large global projects Eligibility Requirements: (Country Specific) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
