You Will:
Visit Dealerships in your territory and by wielding top tech built into the app that's backed by artificial intelligence, you will collect data and capture the true essence of wholesale vehicles for auctions on TradeRev
Work side by side with other market sales coordinators, market sales managers, and dealership sales representatives assisting in presentations, car appraisals, and launching new vehicles for Dealers
Ensuring vehicles have arrived, in accordance to the 'Arrived Vehicles List'
Be the face of our company, leading the charge into the market and responsible for gaining new clients, as well as maintaining and strengthening our current relationships by being customer obsessed, providing training, and troubleshooting and resolving technological issues with dealerships
Core Actions:
manage multiple client accounts through time management and strategic territory management
Provide superior customer service by gaining new clients, appraising vehicles, and launching TradeRev auctions
achieve sales objectives by assisting our customers with car appraisals, loading and launching cars through our online auction software, ensuring vehicles are picked up, as well as providing dealership training on the use of our app
Success Metrics:
College Degree focus on Automotive Sales an asset; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1+ year sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
Customer-obsessed; proven history of superior customer service
Previous experience building rapport and develop client relationships
Experience and comfort with web and mobile technology
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain calm and diplomatic in dispute resolution situations
Autonomous, self-driven, pro-active and a team player
Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle, possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation and be able to maintain a good driving record

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
