REQUIREMENTS of the Senior Analyst - Technical Accounting3
years of relevant experienceManufacturing/Automotive industry experienceGood Communication Skills CPA or Parts PassedRESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior Analyst - Technical AccountingPerform in-depth research and analysis of complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.
Provide guidance and support in the implementation of new accounting standards and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address financial implications of business transactions.
Prepare technical accounting memos and documentation for external auditors.
Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures.
Support the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and assess their potential impact on the organization.
