Modern office setting Food provided Duties - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and create maintenance schedules.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong electrical knowledge, including the ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Customer service skills to effectively interact with employees and address their maintenance needs.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
