Summary:
Perform a series of tasks related to installing and removing progressive dies in and out of metal stamping presses (150 Ton to 3000 Ton).
This includes set up of all coil handling equipment & monitoring production.
Responsible for the quality of all die sets.
Responsible to setup and run power presses.
Assist coil changes and material handling.
Cares for chutes, conveyors, shakers, die bolts, & other stamping equipment.
Assures die protection & sensors are used.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
2 years of progressive stamping press experience with tonnage up to 1500 ton.
