Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash and recycling bins - Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells - Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs - Adhere to health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred - Familiarity with proper cleaning products and their safe usage - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address any concerns or special requests - Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
