Modern office setting Growth opportunities Office Manager Overview The Office Manager position is a one person show and the incumbent must be able to manage his/her time and responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Below is an outline of the primary
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Job Calendar - Maintain Accounts Payable and Receivables.
Reconcile Credit Card Statements - Answer phones and be available for clients and vendors Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm - Order office supplies and equipment (as needed) & track all incoming packages - Schedule Labor; Maintain Payroll Records; & Transmit Payroll Weekly - Assist with Travel Arrangements, as needed - Keep Office Break Area & Restrooms Clean.
Empty Trash & Vacuum Office Area - Other Duties as Assigned Job Type:
