Executive Assistant to CEO & COO Archer Corporate Services (ACS), celebrating its 19th year in business, was founded by Dennis Archer, Jr.
and Mike Carr who serve as the company's President & CEO, respectively.
ACS is a marketing services business, partnering with Fortune 500 clients, providing the following services:
business-to-business and business-to-consumer fulfillment, print management, branded merchandise and customer service.
We are headquartered in Belleville, MI.
with offices in downtown Detroit and fulfillment and production facilities spanning 4 million-plus square feet across 12 geographies.
Position Description:
The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing comprehensive one-on-one support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The EA serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies and organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relation efforts; and oversees special projects.
Major Areas of Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to CEO and COO with all aspects of ACS and other ventures.
Provide general office management to ACS.
Occasional bookkeeping in partnership with CEO.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the CEO & COO Perform administrative duties for CEO & COO Screen and return calls on behalf of the CEO & COO Manage employee calendars as it relates to the CEO & COO Provide complete scheduling and coordination of CEO & COO's calendars.
Make travel arrangements for CEO & COO and client visits.
Register CEO & COO to events including online and in person.
Prepare documents as needed for CEO & COO meetings.
Prepare internal and client reports.
Provide Strategic Matchmaking Support on CEO & COO's Accounts including documenting and tracking activities.
Create agendas for CEO & COOmeetings.
Strategically support the CEO & COO as needed, upholding the strictest level of confidentiality.
Coordinate company meetings.
Schedule client meetings.
Secure and coordinate reservations at external locations for client meetings.
Draft and send internal and external correspondence.
Maintain an organized paper and electronic filing system (office manager).
Develop and maintain a level of professionalism with staff, clients and client support staff.
Demonstrate skills in client servicing, research, and overall application of agency clients and industry knowledge.
Conduct and compile research as needed.
Assist with event planning and execution when necessary.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested.
Find new and efficient ways to create and maintain systems and processes to help maximize the company leadership time.
Inform the executive team of upcoming responsibilities, ensuring changes to schedules are thoroughly communicated.
Make and coordinate charitable contributions.
Send memorial gifts (flowers & Memorial contributions) when needed.
Execute CEO's various personal duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Assist staff with general account services as needed.
Develop best organizational procedures and systems for office personnel including filing, billing, accounts payable and scheduling.
Basic mail duties, shipping of client gifts and/or packages.
Education and
Experience:
Associates degree in related field Bachelors degree preferred.

years in C-Suite Level support.
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
Proven track record of the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, highly organized.
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Periodically assist the financial controller and finance team on Invoicing, AR, AP, reconciliation and expenses Job Type:
