Role Summary/Purpose:
In this role, you will be part the ERP Initiatives & Strategy group's Data COE and responsible for accelerating ERP Simplification across Client.
You will be responsible for partnering with businesses across Client and leading data quality, conversion, and archival solutions.
You will partner with businesses and ERP leaders to understand their ERP simplification strategy, define COE plans, and lead critical projects leveraging the COEs capabilities.
Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
o Overall responsibility for delivery of ERP data quality, data conversion and data archival solutions
o Analyze existing ERP landscape and identify opportunities on where and how the COE can help businesses accelerate ERP reductions through data services
o Partner with business ERP leaders to define simplification strategies and a roadmap for the Data COE partnership
o Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors in support of ERP simplification projects both locally and globally
o Partner with the Software COE to develop and evolve our data solutions hosted on their platforms and through the use of their products
o Own and manage all project activities: budget, resourcing, risk / issue management, etc.
o Work with developers, architects and other stakeholders to define and plan solutions
o Drive process and project rigor & compliance with business & corporate project management processes
o Assess compliance and regulatory concerns with data services to ensure compliant processes for accessing, moving, & storing data
o Ensure conformance to system architecture, standards and best practices
o Develop growth and capacity plans in support of project pipeline
o Proactively identify corrective actions to address project delays & risks identified
o Provide direction & leadership to all resources assigned to your projects
o Identify and lead NPI / NTI initiatives related to data services and the COE
o Participate and/or lead Client planning efforts (Blueprints, Growth Playbooks, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements Basic
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field, OR a minimum 7 years of relevant IT work experience
o Minimum 5 years of IT experience in shaping or delivering ERP data management strategies
o Minimum 5 year of experience working with Oracle and /or SAP, additional ERP system knowledge is a plus
o Minimum 3 years of experience demonstrating working knowledge of typical ERP data objects, for ex: supply chain, finance, or material management
o Minimum 3 years of demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholder partnerships
o Minimum 2 years of data conversion experience
Eligibility Requirements:
o Must be 18 years of age or older
o Must be willing to work out of a Corporate IT office location in Fairfield, CT; Van Buren Township, MI (near Ann Arbor / Detroit)
Desired Characteristics:
o Six-Sigma / PMI / PMP Certification
o IT CAS or ITLP graduate
